I've felt God nudging me to start this blog for some time. It's something I've known in my heart, but my head kept getting in the way of. God keeps bringing me back to Matthew 14:22-33 where Jesus walks on the water and calls Peter out of the boat. In verse 27 he says, "Take courage! It is I. Don't be afraid."

In my sermon notes I have written down; you don't have to understand to obey. So here I am, stepping out of my boat.

Isaiah 43:19 "See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland."
